Order and Shipping information, VAT

All items in the Cheer up by Annika Heiniger online shop are produced on demand. The production process is called “fulfillment” and can take 2-7 business days. Shipping time begins only after an order has been fulfilled and varies depending on the shipping option you choose. Shipping times and prices are displayed before checkout.

In an effort to provide the best shipping rates for you, carriers may change depending on the rate they offer at the time of order. Tracking information may or may not be available with the specific carrier service that is chosen for your order. As orders are fulfilled abroad, you might have to pay additional customs taxes upon receiving your order if the value of your order is greater than 65CHF. Swiss VAT is excluded in all prices and will be due after receiving the shipment.

Cheer up by Annika Heiniger ships to Switzerland only at the moment. Orders are fulfilled in Latvia, the USA or Mexico. Your order will be fulfilled at the location closest to the delivery address except the item you ordered is out of stock. In that case, orders can be fulfilled at any of the three locations. Some items or colour variations might only be available in one of the three locations.

All payments are made in Swiss Francs (CHF). For direct bank transfers, please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your orders will not be fulfilled until the funds have cleared in your account.

Credit Card payments are processed through Stripe.


Returns can only be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Items you wish to return must be in their original packaging and cannot be used or washed.

If the item has been damaged during the shipping process or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it to the following address:

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact Cheer up by Annika Heiniger via email (shop@cheerupschwiiz.ch) and state the reason for wishing to return the item.

Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received a sizing kit before placing your order, the items ordered cannot be returned or exchanged except they were damaged during the shipping process or have a manufacturing defect.

Custom designs and team orders

To order a custom design, please contact Cheer up by Annika Heiniger via email. Depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of items ordered, the design process can take several months.


A sizing table is included in every product’s description. If you wish to place a large order or feel uncertain about sizing, we recommend you contact shop@cheerupschwiiz.ch and ask for a sizing kit. The sizing kit is sent out at the expense of Cheer up by Annika Heiniger and must be sent back at the customer’s expense within 14 days. You can also ask for samples to test the colors and material of different products. If samples are not sent back within 14 days, the price of the sample product will be charged.

Product care

Always follow the washing instructions sewn into every product. Avoid contact with rough surfaces and excessive pulling on items made of fabric. As most products are color-printed, the color of the fabric beneath can show through if you do not take proper care of the items.

To prolong the life of your items, wash them as follows:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out only if necessary. Do not iron decoration (e.g. print on a t-shirt). Do not dry clean.

Data protection

Your data is only used for processing your orders. Cheer up by Annika Heiniger may contact you if there are issues with your order or more information is needed in order to fulfill your order. Your data will never be used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.


For anything not defined within these terms and conditions, Swiss law applies.
